1 can of corn, drained
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 box of Jiffy cornbread, crumbled
1/2 pack of taco seasoning
1-1/2 cups of sour cream
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Cook Jiffy cornbread according to box directions, let cool, and then crumble. Mix slaw ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients. Add dressing to slaw and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
