Italian Quiche

1 Unbaked frozen pastry shell

3 Eggs

1 C Half and half

½ lb bulk Italian sausage cooked and drained

2 C Mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ Sweet onion, thinly sliced

½ Green pepper, thinly sliced

½ Sweet red pepper, thinly sliced

½ t Garlic, minced

1/8 C Grated parmesan cheese

Line pastry shell with double thickness tin foil bake 5 min at 400 degrees.

Remove foil bake 5 more minutes.

Layer all ingredients in shell except parmesan.

Wisk egg and half and half and pour in pastry shell.

Sprinkle top with parmesan

Bake 400 degrees 35- 40 minutes

 

Vegetable Quiche

1 Unbaked frozen pastry shell

3 Eggs

1 C Half and half

2 C Baby spinach

1 C Mushrooms fresh, sliced

1 C Broccoli fresh, chopped

¾ C Sweet onion, chopped

1 T Olive oil

¼ t Salt

¼ t Pepper

1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

½ C Tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled

Line pastry shell with double thickness tin foil bake 5 min at 400 degrees.

Remove foil bake 5 more minutes.

In a large skillet, saute vegetables with olive oil till tender.

Spoon vegetables into shell, sprinkle cheddar cheese on vegetables.

Wisk egg, half and half, salt and pepper, pour in pastry shell.

Sprinkle top tomato basil feta cheese.

Bake 400 degrees 35- 40 minutes

 

Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 Unbaked frozen pastry shell

3 Eggs

1 C Half and half

1 C Ham fully cooked, diced

1 C Sharp cedar cheese, shredded

1 t Minced dried onion

½ t Salt

¼ t Pepper

Line pastry shell with double thickness tin foil bake 5 min at 400 degrees.

Remove foil bake 5 more minutes.

Layer ham, cheese and onion in shell.

Wisk egg, half and half, salt and pepper, pour in pastry shell.

Bake 400 degrees 35- 40 minutes

 

South of the Border Quiche

1 Unbaked frozen pastry shell

3 Eggs

1 C Half and half

1 t Chili powder

½ t Ground cumin

¾ C Cheddar cheese, shredded

¾ C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

½ C Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

4 oz can Chopped green chilies

2 ½ oz Sliced ripe olives, drained

1/8 C Green onions, chopped

¼ t Salt

¼ t Pepper

Salsa and sour cream, optional

Line pastry shell with double thickness tin foil bake 5 min at 400 degrees.

Remove foil bake 5 more minutes.

Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over pastry shell.

Layer cheeses, chilies, olives and green onion.

Wisk egg, half and half, salt and pepper, pour in pastry shell.

Bake 400 degrees 35- 40 minutes
